2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast 1.5 cups white sugar 1 cup cornstarch 2 cans of full-fat coconut milk
Turn your oven on and set it to 350°F to preheat.
Cut the chicken into small pieces and put them in a large bowl.
Sprinkle cornstarch over the chicken. Mix it around so all the chicken is covered.
Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray so the chicken doesn’t stick.
Put the chicken into the baking dish.
In the same bowl, add the cocnut milk and the sugar. Use a whisk and mix together the sugar and coconut milk until blended.
Pour the coconut milk and sugar mixture over the chicken in the baking dish.
Put the baking dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
