Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 2 cans of full-fat coconut milk

Instructions

  • Turn your oven on and set it to 350°F to preheat.
  • Cut the chicken into small pieces and put them in a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle cornstarch over the chicken. Mix it around so all the chicken is covered.
  • Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray so the chicken doesn’t stick.
  • Put the chicken into the baking dish.
  • In the same bowl, add the cocnut milk and the sugar. Use a whisk and mix together the sugar and coconut milk until blended.
  • Pour the coconut milk and sugar mixture over the chicken in the baking dish.
  • Put the baking dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
