  • Let the cream cheese soften on the counter for about 1 hour until it is at room temperature. Thaw the frozen spinach on the counter at the same time.
  • Once the cream cheese is softened and the spinach thawed get a large mixing bowl.
  • Add in the cream cheese to the bowl.
  • Drain the thawed spinach, you may want to squeeze out the excess liquid from the spinach. Then add it to the bowl.
  • Next add in the Mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and garlic.
  • Drain the artichokes from the liquid and chop into small pieces and add to the bowl.
  • Mix well with a spoon until everything is well mixed together.
  • Pour into your serving bowl.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 1 hour to chill.
