One Pot Chicken Alfredo
This One Pot Chicken Alfredo Recipe gives you an amazing creamy and rich alfredo with only having to use one pan to cook.
In a medium pot or Dutch oven cook your bacon until crisp. Remove the bacon from the pot and break into small pieces, set aside.
Season the chicken breast with the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook the chicken breast in the bacon fat until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
Add the garlic, chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan cheese and fettuccine to the pot.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Cook until the sauce has thickened and the pasta has reached al dente, which takes about 12 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in the bacon crumbles and salt and pepper to taste.
Top the pasta off with the parsley and enjoy.
