These Taco cups are perfect for a main dish to change up taco night, or a  party, making a great small dish or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 20 Wonton Wrappers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 Avocado
  • 20 Cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray a muffin pan with nonstick spray
  • Take 2 wonton wrappers and line the muffin pans so that they cover the bottom and half of the wonton wrapper is sticking out the top.
  • In a frying pan cook the ground beef and then drain the grease off.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water and taco seasoning packet and stir.
  • Spoon taco meat into wonton wrappers
  • top with cheddar cheese
  • put in the oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and wonton wrappers are cooked
  • While they are cooking mashup avocados, chop cherry tomatoes into 1/4s
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes
  • Remove from muffin pan
  • Top with your favorite taco toppings including lettuce, avocados, tomatoes. sour cream, more cheese, guac and more!
