Mexican rice recipe
This Mexican rice recipe tastes JUST like the Mexican rice that you get at a restaurant and it is sooo easy to make!
In a sauté pan over medium heat add your oil.
Add in the rice and cook until the rice turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma.
Stir in your garlic, chicken stock, and v8 juice.
Bring the liquid up to a boil then cover and reduce the heat to low.
Allow the rice to simmer for 20 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.
