Cinnamon roll Christmas tree

This easy Cinnamon roll Christmas tree recipe takes refrigerated cinnamon rolls and turns them into an amazing, easy Christmas morning breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 7 cinnamon rolls 1 Can of cinnamon rolls
  • Christmas sprinkles
  • star sprinkle
  • Green food coloring optional

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 375°F and grease the baking sheet or spray with non stick cooking spray.
  • Remove cinnamon rolls from can and the container of icing. Set the container of icing to the side.
  • Arrange 6 whole cinnamon rolls in triangle in the center of the baking sheet.  Next place one cinnamon roll at the bottom for the Christmas tree stump.
  • Bake at 375°for 13 to 19 minutes or until deep golden brown.
  • Loosen tree carefully with pancake turner.
  • Carefully slide onto serving platter. Frost warm cinnamon rolls with the included frosting. If you would like to have your Christmas tree green, add a few drops of green food coloring to the container of icing and mix well.
  • Decorate as desired with sprinkles and top with a star.
