  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon better than beef bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon slap your momma creole seasoning This is the BEST one I have found!
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 cayenne pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  • Wash and dice the green bell pepper, and onion and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add in the peppers and onions and cook until they have softened.
  • Add the ground beef to the pan and break it up with a wooden spoon. Stir frequently until the beef is cooked.
  • Add the rice, water, bouillon, garlic, creole seasoning, celery seed, cayenne and pepper to the pan. Stir until well combined.
  • Keep cooking until the liquid has been absorbed.
