There are still some dishes that I have been missing since ditching the carbs. While I have created alternatives to my favorites like Zucchini Lasagna instead of my traditional homemade lasagna, keto garlic bread instead of my carb loaded garlic bread and my Keto Cheddar biscuits to replace my cheddar biscuits.
The one thing I have been struggling with is rice. I love rice, my family loves rice. Garlic Rice, Mexican Rice, Creamy Parmesan rice, we love it all! I have tried adjusting them to be keto rice recipes with no such luck to get the flavors I want them to be. Then I started thinking and got creating and created this Keto Dirty Rice. You can heat this keto rice in the microwave however I find that it is best reheated in a skillet on the stove.

- cauliflower rice
- green bell pepper
- medium sized onion
- raw ground beef
- olive oil
- better than beef bouillon
- garlic powder
- slap your momma creole seasoning (This is the BEST one I have found!)
- celery seed
- cayenne pepper powder
- black pepper
How to Make Keto Cauliflower Dirty Rice
Wash and dice the green bell pepper, and onion and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add in the peppers and onions and cook until they have softened.
Add the ground beef to the pan and break it up with a wooden spoon. Stir frequently until the beef is cooked.
Add the rice, water, bouillon, garlic, creole seasoning, celery seed, cayenne and pepper to the pan. Stir until well combined.
Keep cooking until the liquid has been absorbed.

Great recipe very easy to make. I substituted breakfast sausage for the hamburger and used better than bouillon chicken flavor. Used all the other recommended spices. Served it with two easy over eggs on top. Big hit with the family members on Keto. Will try next time with ground pork and maybe add some chicken livers.
