Spinach, Feta & Mozzarella Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Spinach, Feta & Mozzarella Grilled Cheese Sandwich on Rye bread is a fun tasty twist on the traditional grilled cheese! The combination of Spinach and feta with the melted mozzarella cheese makes for the most amazing grilled cheese sandwich ever!

  • 1/4 cup Fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 pieces Rye Bread


  • On each piece of bread spread mayo on one side. Place your bread mayo side down in your pan, place the spinach, feta and mozzarella on top of the bread and then place the other piece of bread mayo side up on top of it.
  • Turn the heat to medium low on the stove.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes, check carefully to see that the bottom piece of bread is getting golden brown. Once golden brown flip the sandwich and cook the second side until golden brown.
  • Once the second side is golden brown remove from the heat.
  • Allow the grilled cheese to cool for 2 minutes and enjoy.
