Oven Baked Rice
Making baked rice in the oven is the easiest and fastest way to get perfect fluffy rice with only 4 ingredients needed. This easy rice recipe will give you perfect rice every time!
Servings 6 1/2 cup servings
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 2 1/3 cups water
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spread rice in a 8 x 8 inch baking dish and top the rice with the butter.
Bring water to boil in the microwave.
Once boiling, stir in salt and pour water over rice.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place in the oven.
Bake for 1 hour, until tender.
Remove baking dish from oven and uncover. Fluff rice with fork.
