How to make rice in the oven
I love brown rice but it used to be a pain in the butt to get it cooked right. Since brown rice still has the outer husk it takes longer to cook. Half the time it would be way to stick and the other half it would be too hard! Once I heard that you could bake it in the oven and get it perfect everytime I just had to try it for myself. It turned out great! It even worked with this one brown rice I had that we hated because no matter how long we cooked the rice it was still hard but it turned out great in the oven.
