In a small bowl use a micro zester grater to zest the green skin of your limes, making sure you are only removing the outer green.
Cut one of the limes in half and squeeze out 1 teaspoon of lime juice.
In a medium mixing bowl stir together the lime juice, salt, coconut oil and coconut extract.
Gently stir in the lime zest to the coconut mixture and be sure to mix well.
Store in an airtight glass container.
