Homemade Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Homemade pumpkin spice syrup is the easiest thing to make! Using homemade pumpkin spice syrup in your coffee and pumpkin spice lattes will make it even better than you have ever had before! I love using it to make the best homemade Starbucks Pumpkin Latte Copy cat!

  • In a sauce pan combine the water and the sugar. 
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling lower the heat to medium and let summer until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Add in the pumpkin spice, cinnamon sticks and canned pumpkin and continue to simmer for 8 minutes. Be careful not to bring it to a boil, turn the heat down to low if needed.
  • Remove from the heat and line a large bowl with a cheese cloth. Pour the syrup thru the cheese cloth carefully to strain the syrup.
  • Allow the syrup to cool completely and then store in an air tight container.
