Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust 9 oz.
  • 21 ounces cherry pie filling

Instructions

  • Mix gelatine and sugar in a small bowl. Add boiling water and stir it until gelatine is completely dissolved.
  • Beat cream cheese and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Gradually add gelatine mixture by drizzling down the side of the bowl. Pour into pie crust.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Top with cherry pie filling and serve.
