Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Mangoes
  • ½ cup Red Onion half a red onion
  • ½ cup Red Bell Pepper half a red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup Cilantro
  • 1 small Jalapeno
  • Juice from 1 Lime
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Get a medium sized bowl and set it in your workspace.
  • Peel and dice the mango and add to the bowl.
  • Wash and dice the bell pepper and add to the bowl.
  • Peel and dice the red onion and add it to the bowl.
  • Finely chop the cilantro and add it to the bowl.
  • Wash and dice the jalapeno. If you want to have more heat in the salsa leave the seeds in it, if you want less heat remove the seeds before dicing the jalapeno pepper.
  • Juice the lime into the bowl with the other ingredients.
  • Add a pinch of salt to the bowl.
  • Gently mix well to combine all of the ingredients.
  • Dice or mince all of the ingredients and juice your lime.
  • If time allows, place the salsa in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes to have the flavors blend together.
  • Enjoy with some tortilla chips or serve on top of a main dish like fish tacos.
