Chicken Parmesan Chaffles are the perfect low carb chicken parm recipe that is easy to make and tastes delicious!
I have always been a fan of chicken parm and the flavor combination of chicken, mozzarella cheese and sauce. Together they combine to make an amazing dish! These Chicken Parmesan Chaffles are the perfect keto chaffle recipe to enjoy for lunch or dinner!
Chicken Parmesan Chaffle
Chicken parm has always been one of my favorite meals. Right up there with some homemade lasagna and baked ziti. Eating low carb, those types of dishes don’t work out too well. I have made low carb chicken parm, and while it is tasty I missed the breading from my normal favorite chicken parmesan recipe. I do love chicken parm casserole but needed something a bit different to add to my keto meal plans.
Once chaffles took off like crazy all over facebook the idea came to me to make a Chicken Parmesan Chaffle. It would give me the crispy breading I missed while being a low carb chicken parm recipe.
I taste tested this Chicken Parmesan Chaffle recipe on a friend of mine who doesn’t eat low carb and they told me they would for sure eat this just because it tasted so good!
Easy Chaffle Recipe
I am aiming for easy chaffle recipes when it comes to making chaffles. The cook time is already quick, so I don’t want to add many extra steps for any of the chaffle recipes I create.
To make things easier I used rotisserie chicken. If you don’t have one on hand you can use any cooked chicken breast for the chicken.
What is a Chaffle?
Simply put a chaffle is a waffle made with egg and cheese. Now from the basic chaffle recipe you can make MANY different varieties of chaffles just changing up the type of cheese that you use.
You can also change up the flavors by adding different things to the basic chaffle recipe. There are seriously endless possibilities when making keto chaffles.

I have been cooking my chaffles in the Dash mini waffle maker. If you do not have a mini waffle iron you can grab one on amazon. They are awesome and totally budget friendly. The basic chaffle recipe will make 2 chaffles in a mini waffle maker.
If you have a lot of people in your house, consider grabbing this waffle maker that will make 4 keto waffles at the sametime!
