They love my cinnamon roll pancakes just as much as I do and now whenever we make cinnamon roll pancakes or cinnamon roll waffles I can enjoy these keto cinnamon roll waffles! If you are looking for a low carb cinnamon roll waffle that tastes amazing this is it!

Omg so delicious…. I would totally eat this even if I wasn’t doing Keto. Taste better than a regular waffle. So glad I stumbled upon this recipe. Thank You!

Mmmkay…this was wonderful! I cut the sweetener a little in the cinnamon swirl mixture to avoid the aftertaste that I can’t stand. I skipped making the icing and opted to smear a very small amount of cream cheese over the warm chaffles—leaving it to soften while the next one cooked. I then topped them with sugar free maple syrup. 3 servings? I. Ate. Everything.
