When you make this recipe it will last for about 4 days in an airtight container. The juice separates, making it look like it has gone bad, so you will need to stir it together.
You can freeze the juice so that it lasts longer than 4 days. I like to freeze the juice in ice cube trays. Once the ice cubes are frozen solid, move them to an airtight container or freezer bag. The juice ice cubes will last for 6 months.
