Watermelon Jell-O
Time to get some summer fun started! This fun treat is great for any party or picnic. I got the idea for this, Watermelon Jell-o after being at a friends picnic and they made Jell-O shot in a lime wedge to look like mini watermelon. Its a great use of the rind of the watermelon that I normal just throw away. The kids will also love that they are able to help make this with you and can be a great family dinner dessert during the hot weather this summer! If you are not a fan of the Watermelon Jell-o you can use any of the flavors that are pink/red and make it:) Or if you want to have some fun and funky watermelon use different colors and flavors!
