I love my crockpot and I love being able to cook easy meals in it, These Crockpot Chicken Fajitas take the hard work out of making fajitas and then you can top them with all your favorite toppings.
Ingredients for Crockpot fajitas
- 1.5 pounds chicken sliced in to strips
- 2 onions
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Directions for Crockpot fajitas
Cut Chicken into strips.
Wash and slice onions and peppers into strips.
Spray crockpot with nonstick spray.
Pour ingredients into crockpot and mix well.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
Use with tortillas and sour cream, shredded cheese and lettuce to top fajitas.

is your chicken pre cooked and then frozen? or cut and frozen raw?

Does this need any liquid in raw crockpot to keep from burning or does this cook just fine with no extra liquid??

Do you add the fajita mix according to the packet directions? i.e. add the water that the mix requires or nothing?
