Tips for Making One Pan Chicken and Potatoes
One thing that is great about this recipe is you can also change out the potatoes, if you want sweet potatoes, yellow potatoes ect you can change out the potatoes in this One Pan Baked Chicken and Veggies Dinner to the ones your family enjoys.
What is also great is that you will only use 1 pan when cooking it, if you want to skip cutting the chicken into bite sized pieces you can, I just find that it cooks quicker and then I don’t have hungry people waiting for me to cut it for them when I precut the chicken.

I made this today with chunked russet potatoes and sweet potatoes and carrots, frozen green beans, and boneless/skinless chicken thighs cut up. It was so good! My kids thought so too!
