Easy Caprese Salad Skewers
When you shopping for the mozzarella balls, try to find the ones that are not tightly vacuum sealed. As you can see in my picture they were smashed looking balls and the Tomato Basil Mozzarella Skewers would look a lot better if the mozzarella was not smushed. You can also add a side of Balsamic Vinegar for dipping as well to add even more flavor.

As you can see, this is a perfect easy appetizer, snack, or side dish! Using a low-fat part-skim mozzarella can keep the points low while still giving you the flavor you want. We love serving these as appetizers whenever we have an event or party, but they are also excellent alongside a nice grilled chicken breast or even an Italian salmon dish.
