These marshmallow pops will turn a normal cup of hot chocolate into an amazing cup of hot chocolate. These snowman will just melt into the hot chocolate and add that extra sweetness I love. When you are buying the candy canes you will need to make sure the curve is wide enough so you can hang it on the side of a cup. Lay the paper on the cutting board. Melt the chocolate candy melts in a microwave or double boiler according to package directions until they are fully melted.
Dip the lollipop sticks or candy cane into the chocolate and then into the marshmallow.
Then dip the marshmallows into the melted candy, turning to cover them completely. Tap the stick on the edge of the container to get of the extra chocolate.
Place it down on the paper and if they leave a pool of chocolate you can just pick it up and move it to a new spot. Place in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes. With the dark chocolate melts and a tooth pick dot on the eyes and the mouth. Either pipe on a nose with the chocolate or the crushed candy.
