One of the first thing new keto followers notice after they start the keto lifestyle is what many call “the keto flu.” As you lessen your carb consumption and cut back drastically on sugar, your body will start to throw a small hissy fit as it adjusts. This withdrawal period can leave you feeling tired, sore, crampy, nauseas, and you might even experience headaches. Luckily, there are ways to deal with the negative side effects of keto. Electrolyte balance is a key element to minimizing the keto flu, so having a bit of quality seasalt 2-3 times a day will help with that.
