My kids would eat noodles every single night for dinner if I let them. The problem is noodles are not the most healthy item to be having every day. I have been making zucchini noodles and so I thought I would share with you guys How to Make Zucchini Noodles. Also known as Zoodles!
A of my friends had us over for dinner not to long ago and taught me a trick of a spiralizer. They have fancy ones like this one that would be good if you going to be using it a lot. I knew that I would not be using it as often so just a handheld spiralizer would works for me. This is the Zoodle spiralizer I use in my kitchen, it works perfect for my needs. It creates a fun shape that reminds the kids of noodles and the eat them up!
My favorite way to enjoy Zoodles is some butter, cheese, and a few red pepper flakes, however any thing you put on normal flour pasta will work on your Zoodles!

When you are spiraling the zucchini I recommend breaking them off every now and then. This way you don’t end up with really long noodles. When making Zoodles I use one medium zucchini per person who will be eating. I also recommend using medium size zucchini because the larger ones have more seeds and do not spiralize well.
This recipes makes enough for 2 adult servings.
