Pizza Bagels are one of the easiest pizza recipes ever! This pizza bagel recipe literally takes 2 minutes to prep and about 8 minutes to cook and you have the quickest pizza recipe ever!
This Pizza Bagel recipe is one that my kids love. When making pizza bagels you can put any of your favorite toppings on it. This is like the easiest personalized pizza recipe ever! My kids have told me many times that they like these much better then the pizza bagel bites and they take about the same time to make, so the homemade ones are our go to in our house.
We love pizza in our house, pizza is great for lunch, dinner and snacks! However I do not always have the time to make pizza with homemade pizza crust and homemade pizza sauce so we like to change things up a bit and make pizza bagels.
Pizza Bagels are the quick and easy way to make pizza without having to go thru all the work of making a full pizza.
Bagel Pizzas are also great for busy nights, I can put all the pizza bagel ingredients on the kitchen table and have the kids make thier own pizzas. Then just stick them in the oven and let them bake, for a quick and easy dinner or lunch.
For these bagel pizzas you can use mini bagels or regular bagels. When the kids are making them we like to use the mini bagels just because they like the little bagels better. However you can pick whichever bagels you prefer.
When making pizza with bagels I also like to sometimes change things up and use different bagel flavors. Sometimes I use a plain bagel, but pizza bagels are also great on everything bagels, salt bagels, onion bagels too!
If you are in a pinch for time when making this pizza bagel recipe you can use a jar of sauce instead of homemade sauce, but it is also very easy to make a large batch of homemade pizza sauce and keep it in the freezer so you easily have it on hand.
How to Make Pizza Bagels

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
Split your bagels and then place on the oven rack (or if you want to use a baking sheet you can use that) for 3 minutes.
Remove from the oven and put the sauce, cheese and your toppings on top.
Put back in the oven on a baking sheet until the cheese is melted, which will take about 5 minutes.
